VP Product (Marketing)

First product is launched and selling in Europe, almost ready to sell here.

Do you want to lead launch strategy?

Want to lead global product strategy for this product and more coming thru trials/R&D?

Here's a few things you should know:

  • You'd be the public face of the products; you need to be a strong and compelling speaker.
  • You need to bring that perfect combination of clinical/technical acumen to be a true expert on the product and present it at conferences 
  • You need to be an amazing marketer who can grasp the emotional intangibles and help craft content, collateral, and campaigns.
  • You'll have a lot of support/resources in those efforts, but you need to be a strong manager and team leader, stick within budgets, deliver on time, etc - without losing sight of the big picture.
  • It's a very rewarding role for someone who has already demonstrated their ability to overcome similar challenges within the industry and can prove their results.
  • You'd lead content and collaborate with sales, regional & global leadership, etc to set strategy.  Probably some board/investor pitches at times.
